Malindi Marathon: running for a cleaner coast

IKCC is proud to support the Malindi Marathon, an international sporting event planned for late 2026 on Kenya’s coast. More than a race, the marathon is an environmental campaign: its goal is to raise awareness of pollution and to mobilise the community, local NGOs and international partners in clean-up initiatives.

The event is being developed with the support of Italian sporting institutions and prominent personalities from both countries, and is intended to become an annual appointment connecting sport, sustainability and the Italy–Kenya friendship.
